This website is operated by Forexlyfe (Forexlyfe Academy and the FX Professor brand). In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Forexlyfe. You can contact us on Telegram at @ForexlyfeSupport or by email at forexlyfe@hotmail.com.

2. What this website collects

The website itself has no accounts, sign-up forms or checkout. We do not ask you to enter personal details on it, and we do not use it to track you across other sites.

Like any website, the company that hosts it (Netlify) processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google when a page loads.

3. When you contact us or enrol

If you message us on Telegram, Instagram or email, or send proof of payment, we receive the information you choose to give us, such as your name or username, contact details, your messages and payment confirmations (for example a transfer receipt or screenshot).

We use this to reply to you, verify your payment, give you access to the product you paid for, provide support, and keep records for accounting and legal purposes.

4. Payments

Payments are made directly by bank transfer, cryptocurrency or another method we arrange with you. We do not take card details on this website. We keep the payment records needed to confirm your payment and meet our accounting obligations.

5. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We may use trusted services to run Forexlyfe, such as Telegram, Instagram (Meta), Discord, our website host and the providers behind the Forexlyfe Academy app. They process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also share information where the law requires it.

6. International transfers

The services above may process information outside the country you live in, including outside your own country.

7. How long we keep information

We keep information only for as long as we need it to provide access and support, and to meet accounting and legal requirements. After that we delete it or anonymise it.

Our products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
